One Monster, One Liberation

All violence is connected.connected

Destroying the land to plant more monoculture, modified crops to make a higher profit is part of the same system of destructive violence as selling a Nepali girl to a brothel in Kolkata.

In the same way, true liberation is also connected.

The liberation of the Colombian farmer experiencing exploitation is bound up with the liberation of a woman suffering domestic abuse in Minnetonka.

We live under the reign of one Monster. We must join together – in the place where we are – in the long, patient work for the reign of liberation.
